insert cup

PROJECT​​

Starbucks requested an experimental insert with two colors making it look like it's changing colors as you turn the cup around. The original cup and straw accessory created and supplied by TMS industrial team.

 

Created realistic renders in Photoshop with RNA/LAC design manager for the proper mm for each stripe to execute the illusion desired. This was a new technique that the manager and lead and prototyped. These are then presented the client's approval. This is a 24oz cold plastic cup design showcasing final finishes the drinkware. ​

PRODUCTION FILE CREATION​​

After approval, I created the production file that will be sent to factory for creation. I make sure to include the latest color and correct stripe mm in the dieline, note the pantone colors used and include white underprint, the stock it will be printed on.
